Last week, I went to one of The Town Serif’s calligraphy classes. It was held at the most adorable little shop right on Line Street, Open Door. They had tea sandwiches, macaroons, and plenty of wine set out, you’d never believe this was the first event they held in their space.
The class was lovely! I’ve done a couple Skillshare classes and stumbled through calligraphy on my own the past few years, but Danielle had so many great pointers and tips. She also sent us home with some great supplies, sumi ink, nikko nibs (my absolute favorite), Rhodia pads, and the CUTEST little turkey place cards. I ordered some white ink, and got to work on these immediately. Very happy with how they turned out!
